All the benefits of our ‘Get fit. Get Lean.’ (G.F.G.L.) programme are available for both members and non-members. This brand-new programme has been carefully designed to offer support and to guide clients towards a more productive and progressive gym experience. • Access to one small group training session per week, these sessions will be scalable to individual ability and cover all the main bases – Strength, Cardio, Functional Fitness, Core stability and have a keen focus on demonstrating, learning and applying the correct technique. • Instructors will also provide two additional and totally optional workout plans per week, therefore offering participants an opportunity to continue their training. • We will also provide each enrolee with 30 Fitpro healthy recipes, shakes and snacks that have been carefully designed by NUTRITIONAL EXPERTS. Including gluten free and vegan options, each meal, snack, and shake is tasty, easy to make, bar coded for use with MyFitnessPal and and contains macro and micro information. • If weight management is one of your goals, we will also be offering an optional and private weekly weigh-in and practical advice to help with setting and achieving targets. • Optional inclusion to a closed group chat where members can ask questions, seek advice, and find fitness instructor support. • You will become part of a dedicated health and fitness community and gain all the motivational advantages of training within a team environment.
