A pure cardio conditioning class that will utilise a wide range of aerobic equipment.
ROW, SKI, SPIN, HIITBIKE, SPARC, HIITMILLX
Participants will be Instructor led across all the various pieces of equipment working on intervals, endurance work and sprint sets.
Completing cardio vascular exercise on a regular basis, can offer huge health benefits and due to the nature of the equipment being used can be easily scaled to individual ability.
The class format and delivery will be very similar to that of a spinning class, but with the added advantage of using a variety of kit.
